"We recently purchased a home. We submitted quote requests to half a dozen insurance agencies. Our homestead is a little unconventional on the amenities the property offers. I feel that some of the companies were intimidated by that, or just didn’t want to mess with it. 3/6 of them took a full calendar week to reply to us. 2/6 responded promptly but with short, generic and very unpersonalized, corporate responses. Marlea was on it! She was the first response we received. She was personable. She was excited. She was thorough. She was up for the challenge and she knew her stuff! Of the 6 quotes we received, hers was actually the highest and we chose it, unanimously, based on the customer service experience alone. It felt like talking to a friend! "I switched over to Nick Pate State Farm back in June 2024. I wanted to see if I could find cheaper rates from Progressive, and Nick Pate State Farm was the big winner. What I appreciated most was the personal sit down with Nick to go over my policy and find out where I was overpaying and underpaying, what was important, and what wasn't important. I appreciated this so much because it nearly cut my insurance cost in half because Progressive was willing to take whatever I was willing to pay them. Nick's over staff is amazing. Always quick to answer my questions, and if they don't know, they find out. I highly suggest everyone use Nick Pate for your insurance needs!"
