"To be honest; I was hesitant about getting insured through State Farm. Morgan changed my entire perception about this company with a 20 min phone call, and taking care of everything all at once when most companies want to just "get back with you" she's professional, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'm looking forward to dealing with her in the future for all my insurance needs, and thanks to her sticking with state farm. Thank You again for all your help"

"I was in a no fault accident. It has been the worst experience ever. My car is delayed being fixed by 1 day and they refuse to extend my rental car for 1 day. They are not holding the other person insurance company liable for anything. I'm stuck with no vehicle. The won't pay for the diminished value on my brand car that someone hit. They haven't informed on any information about this process either. The only good thing is the lady's that work in the office are very nice. They try be helpful. State farms poor service and leaving me strained with no vehicle is ridiculous. Someone hit me. Now I have to suffer. They do not take care of their clients."
